Rob Bowden is a singer/songwriter, born and raised in the Wiltshire countryside. It was at age 12 that he started to realise how much music meant to him. After listening to the nocturnes of Chopin, Rob decided to teach himself piano. His dad bought him a guitar soon after and he started to obsess over both instruments. This fuelled Rob's creativity, and at age 15 he knew he wanted to make music for a living. He also started to explore writing his own songs and was inspired by the sounds of Jeff Buckley, Rufus Wainwright, Bob Dylan and Sigur Ros.

 

Rob's energy and emotion is brought to life through his music, with unforgettable melodies along side heartfelt lyrics with a subtle dark twist. His perspective on love, life and all that comes in-between is thoughtfully and intimately done. His style has elements of Folk, Pop and Sounscapes that sit beautifully around his haunting and unique voice.
